To find success on the platform you will need to be/become excellent at extending your converations/chats with members online

The longer your text/phone/video chats are the the higher your ranking/placement will be on the site. This is how engagement scores are calculated by the Arousr algorithm

NOTE: You are required to reply to any incoming chat requests within 30 seconds or less or you will lose the session (this impacts ranking scores)

Rules of Engagement

Chathosts are required to follow the rules below to keep your account activated & in good standing

- No Underage Roleplay: Even in fantasy roleplay chat you must both remain in 18+ roles & no younger (if a member tries to push underage roleplay you must decline the chat/report it using the report button)

- No Drug/Alcohol Use: While you are on camera you cannot be consuming any drugs/alcoholic substances (if you take perscription medication, including medical marijuna you may do so off camera)

- Do Not Share Contact Details/External Platforms: Social Media/Websites/Email/Addresses/Phone Numbers/Whatsapp/Cashapp/Any of your personal contact details are never to be shared with members

When Chatting Online I Should...

Rules of Engagement Pt.2

Chathosts are required to follow the rules below to keep your account activated & in good standing

- Do Not Collect/Share Members/Site Information: Screenshots of the Site/Chats/Member Media Shared/Banking Information/Support Tickets/App Funtions cannot be shared anywhere externally or internaly with members

- Keep All Communication Courteous: All correspondence between members/staff must remain courteous. If you have an issue with a member you must first end the chat, then use the report/block feature to report them to Support vs engaging in negativity

If I ever run into issues with a member while chatting I should...

Argue with the member to prove my point

Disengage, End the chat, and use the Report feature to notify Support

Rules of Engagement Pt.3

Chathosts are required to follow the rules below to keep your account activated and in good standing

- Support: If you have issues with the site/app report this using the "Support" tab and wait patiently for a reply/fix while our team investigates. Spamming Support with messages or demanding our Social Media team fix your issues while being investigated is prohibited and may lead to account suspension

All Support tickets are answered via email within 24h-48hrs Mon-Fri (excluding holidays/weekends)

When I have site/account issues I should...

Send messages to Arousr via Social Media Channels

Use the "Support" tab in my Chathost Portal & wait for a reply

Send multiple messages using the "Support" tab until I get a reply

Payout Information

- Payments are issued every Monday (If Monday falls on a Holiday in Canada it will be issued on the following day)

- In order to recieve payment you must request payment in the app/site before 12:00 AM EST (Toronto/Canada)

- Payouts requested after this time/date will be carried over and processed on the following Monday

- Deposit Times: Depending on your banking institution funds will appear 2 - 7 business days after we issue your payment

- Direct Deposit: 2-3 days

- Wire Transfer: 4-7 days

After I Cash Out I should expect to see my funds...

The following business day
